If a single character trait could sum up my life, it is the fact that I am and remain curious. When I was 15 years old and on summer break from high school, my mom dropped me off everyday at the now defunct United Paramount Network (UPN) to feed my curiosity about television. As the first intern of the network, I used the opportunity to absorb all that I could about creating television programming from my post in the Comedy Development department. From sitting in on pitches to going to the various studios to watch pilots become series, I participated in every level of development and production that was afforded to me. As a result of my contributions, I was asked back to intern again the next year before moving on to attend the film program at NYU.
